theme01 Niraikanai (ニライカナイ) is a concept album by Japanese musical duo Chouchou, consisting of composer and arranger Arabesque Choche and singer-songwriter Juliet Heberle. Originally released on December 17, 2011, the tracks "shion," "kodoku," "takeda no komoriuta" and "kagami" were used as the soundtrack to the 2019 independent kaiju film Howl from Beyond the Fog. inst04 Niraikanai, featuring instrumental versions of the album's songs which also appear in the film, was released on December 13, 2015.
