@Heisei Anguirus I may be the most knowledged in Prehistory, but I'm still gonna need a caoch for this challenge when the time comes and I don't trust my friends with Paleontology since I end up corrscting them. Any ideas on a good coach that uses Wikizilla often?
@Baekunater99 While my viewings of numerous dinosaur documentaries, readings of paleo-books, and browsing Wikipedia articles has made me incredibly Dinosaur and Paleontology-pilled, it would be EXTREMELY unfair if the host was actively helping a contestant. I would recommend going with either @JohnGojira or @Keeri'ijra as your coach.
Yeah that makes sense. Ill talk to Keeri and JohnGoji to see who knows more about the Cenezoic, since i dont know much about it despite living in it (The Holocene counts as the Cenezoic Era)
It seems that EatenByShark… has surrendered, maybe? I can't tell exactly.
Yeah I can't tell either but my guess is that he surrendered, so, I guess I win? Or maybe he wants a different topic instead
@Baekunater99 IDK, since at the moment I can't think of another topic.
@Heisei Anguirus we could do Godzilla trivia, but then you realize what website we're on. We could try it though, or we can see what topic EatenbyShark wants to do first
@Baekunater99 Alright, I'll go to your comment on his page and ask him. Once I've gotten answer, you two will have to reach a consensus on what to pick. If you can't come to an agreement, I will choose the topic.
@Heisei Anguirus alrighty sounds good to me 👍
Oh invalid dinosaur genera, how much I love your badass names.
uhhhh thanks?
@Baekunater99 wdym? I was just using the Paleo Talk page to spout about Paleo.
Oh i thought you were talking to me not in paleomedia in general
@Baekunater99 Yeah, I just wanted to mention how much I love dinosaur names like Aublysodon, Agathaumas, Epanterias, Antrodemus, Dynamosaurus, and Saurophagonax despite all these genera being now considered dubious due to how awesome they sound.
would u guys keep a mammoth as a pet
wait i thought Saurophaganax was just reclassified as a chimera from Allosaurus and some sauropods, and making the new genus Allosaurus anax
@Baekunater99 Allosaurus anax was created for the Allosaur remains, the remaining vertebrae are considered dubious and undiagnostic but are tentatively attributed to a Diplodocid.
I was close
@MrPenguin Uh, no. I'm not keeping a 6 ton, ten foot tall hairy elephant in my small South Texas backyard.
@MrPenguin Like i can fit that in my suburban Arkansas backyard. Hell no give me a Geosternbergia... oh wait. INVALID here's a Pteranodon sternbergi instead
