Dr. Kazmiya Voltrang is a disgraced scientist who appeared in the 14th episode of Hanna-Barbera's animated series Godzilla, titled "Calico Clones".

• Dr. Voltrang shares several similarities with Dr. Shinzo Mafune and Dr. Demonicus. All three men are biologists originating from Godzilla media from the late 1970s who made revolutionary but controversial discoveries that lead to their expulsion from their fields. All three perfected their skills in secret and used them to get revenge on humanity by controlling a giant monster and specifically directing it to attack ships. Eventually, the monster in question is defeated by the combined efforts of a team of humans and Godzilla.
  • Additionally, Demonicus and Voltrang both command a small, loyal army.
