Plot
- "A Visit from a Neighbor"
As they lounge outside, Lucas asks Torema if she will return to Planet Torendeiru after defeating Zagreth. She sadly reminds him that the planet has been depopulated; surrounded by monster friends on Godzilla Island, she has no plans to leave. Lucas suddenly detects a new monster headed towards the G-Guard base: Kamacuras. Commander Beisuke Jinguji explains that he hails from nearby Matango Island. They soon see that Megalon is pursuing the weaker insect monster. Torema investigates in the Panna Torte, but Megalon withdraws as soon as she comes into range. Torema introduces herself to Kamacuras, who collapses before he can deliver his message.
- "A Hundred-Monster Horde"
Medical Jet Jaguar treats Kamacuras at the Monster Hospital. He explains that Zagreth has assembled 100 space monsters on Matango Island, and they tried to kill him when he refused to join them. Lucas recommends they strike first, but Jinguji is more cautious, asking Torema to take Godzilla on a reconnaissance mission to the neighboring island. Torema is suspicious of Kamacuras, but agrees. Observing them from the Vabaruda, Zagreth orders Proto-Moguera readied on Matango Island and praises Kamacuras's skill as an actor.
- "A Trap Awaits"
Torema and Godzilla arrive on Matango Island, but only find Destoroyah and Megalon. They follow Zagreth's minions inside, believing the rest of them army could be hidden there. Once they're inside, Destoroyah and Megalon drop from the ceiling, fly out, and trigger a rock slide with their rays that seals the entrance. Proto-Moguera then sticks its head out of the ground next to Godzilla and opens fire.
- "A Gift from the Giant Dark Emperor"
Zagreth praises Destoroyah and Megalon for pulling off the trap. The Giant Dark Emperor appears before her; pleased with her success so far, he presents her with a fully repaired Mecha-King Ghidorah, with the caveat that she'll have to cover the repairs. Inside the cave, Proto-Moguera continues to assail Godzilla.
- "Whack-A-Proto-Moguera!"
Godzilla tries firing his atomic breath at Proto-Moguera, but the machine repeatedly ducks back underground before the rays can connect. The Panna Torte fires on it but also misses. Godzilla finally lands a hit on Proto-Moguera with a tail-whip, causing it to retreat, but the laser volleys have taken their toll and he collapses afterwards.
- "Rock-Crushing Camaraderie"
Godzilla tells Torema that he'll recover with a little rest. The Panna Torte fires its lasers at the sealed cave entrance, but makes little progress. Torema concludes she just has to wait, apologizing to Godzilla for trusting Kamacuras. She reflects on how she couldn't help Jigora on Planet Torendeiru either. Godzilla rises to his feet, resolving to help her. His atomic breath dislodges significantly more rocks from the pile.
- "G-Guard SOS"
With repeated blasts and some tunneling, Godzilla makes a large enough opening in the cave for Torema to escape in the Panna Torte. She refuses to leave without him, but suddenly Jinguji calls her in a panic: Mecha-King Ghidorah is attacking Godzilla Island, and the other monsters are no match for it without Godzilla. Amidst another rock slide inside the cave, he tosses the ship outside, and she resolves to come back for him.
- "G-Guard Base Ablaze"
The Panna Torte flies over a napping Destoroyah and Megalon and back to Godzilla Island. Torema tries and fails to raise the G-Guard base, arriving to find it heavily damaged and Mechagodzilla, Moguera, Mothra Leo, Gorosaurus, Anguirus, and King Caesar all out of commission. She greets Junior and Medical Jet Jaguar. She enters the base to find Lucas, who explains that Jinguji is in the infirmary. Lucas is aghast that she left Godzilla behind, but they're interrupted by the arrival of Kamacuras, who lands before the monsters of Godzilla Island.
- "An Invitation from Kamacuras"
A heavily bandaged Jinguji returns to the base as Kamacuras implores the other monsters to join Zagreth, a "real ally to us monsters." Torema tells the monsters that Zagreth only sees them as a means to an end, and King Caesar is particularly defiant towards Kamacuras. The insect then stuns the monsters by telling them that Godzilla died on Matango Island; should they wish to join the Xiliens, Mecha-King Ghidorah will be waiting on the Sanda Plains. The rest will be exterminated. Torema counters that Kamacuras is lying, but the monsters are shaken.
- "Broken Unity"
Kamacuras lands near Mecha-King Ghidorah as Zagreth praises him for his speech. Torema tries again to convince the monsters that Godzilla is still alive, just trapped. Baragon and Gorosaurus aren't convinced and head for the Sanda Plains as Torema stews in guilt. She asks the other monsters to stop them, but they scatter.
- "Go, Torema!"
Zagreth gloats at how quickly two of Godzilla Island's monsters were swayed to her side, and is informed by an underling that the rest have withdrawn to their dens. She decides to wait for now. Jinguji asks Torema to rescue Godzilla to alleviate her guilt and reunify the monsters while he and Lucas hold out at the base. She promises that she'll bring Junior's father back before flying off.
- "Into the Darkness Again"
The Panna Torte makes a return flight over Destoroyah and Megalon, still slumbering, as a curved silver claw comes into view. It fires on the cave entrance, only for Proto-Moguera to return fire through the opening it creates. She hears Godzilla roar inside and reenters the cave. Proto-Moguera has resumed its subterranean hit-and-runs tactics against the King of the Monsters. Torema steers the Panna Torte towards one of its holes, they waits until it emerges there and immediately opens fire. While it's stunned, Godzilla bashes it on the head with his tail. Proto-Moguera is quick to recover, however, and fires its laser once more.
- "Escape"
The lasers harmlessly strike the ceiling of the cave. Proto-Moguera emerges fully from the ground, then begins pacing back and forth, causing Torema to realize that Godzilla's last blow damaged its processor. She and Godzilla watch its confused wanderings for a time until it tunnels fully through the rock pile. Godzilla and Torema follow it outside, but Destoroyah and Megalon are waiting for them and quickly assault Godzilla.
- "Enter Gigan"
Torema fires on Destoroyah, knocking him off Godzilla, but Megalon counters with a napalm bomb that forces her to land. Destoroyah soon rejoins the fight, which is interrupted when Proto-Moguera suddenly plows through all three kaiju. An incensed Destoroyah puts the machine in the ground head-first before firing on Godzilla. He and Megalon force Godzilla to the ground, stomping on him, as Torema concludes that her ship's engine is busted. Suddenly, Gigan appears and advances on Godzilla.
- "Until That Day Comes"
Torema pleads with Godzilla to run. Gigan charges forward with blinding speed, but cuts down Megalon instead of Godzilla, then shoots down Destoroyah. Godzilla finishes off Destoroyah with a spinning tail whip. He and Gigan drag the villains inside the cave and trigger a cave-in of their own. Gigan acknowledges Godzilla before flying away, saying he's not allowed to die until the day Gigan defeats him. Jinguji calls her with a report that Mecha-King Ghidorah is again on the move, and she tells Godzilla to return to Godzilla Island without her.
- "Commander in a Bind"
With Mechagodzilla's repairs done, Jinguji resolves to pilot it against Mecha-King Ghidorah and its followers. Baragon and Gorosaurus advance first, and Jinguji's reluctance to fight them results in the duo tackling Mechagodzilla to the ground. King Caesar, Junior, Anguirus, Mothra Leo, and Rodan arrive to help, but Mecha-King Ghidorah quickly trounces them. Lucas panics until he spots Godzilla, who roars a challenge.
- "Godzilla is Back!"
Godzilla fires his atomic breath at Mecha-King Ghidorah, damaging one of its heads. Zagreth withdraws the Vabaruda into space, Kamacuras flees—and Gorosaurus and Baragon again change sides, attacking Mecha-King Ghidorah from behind. Anguirus, King Caesar, and Junior gang up on its as well. Godzilla and Gorosaurus manage to tear its right head off, and it retreats as soon as it breaks free. Zagreth despairs at her sudden defeat, but can't figure out where to hide from the Giant Dark Emperor before he materializes.
- "The Giant Dark Emperor's Wrath"
Reminding Zagreth that he appointed her to her current position five years ago, the Giant Dark Emperor declares that she has disgraced him, glowing red with fury. He offers only one path to redemption: sacrifice her own life.
- "Charge, Vabaruda!"
Zagreth indignantly accepts the Giant Dark Emperor's offer, and the Vabaruda descends to Earth. On Godzilla Island, Torema is nearly finished repairing the Panna Torte, while Jinguji is bringing the anti-aircraft laser cannon back online. Torema reminds Jinguji that Zagreth is hers to finish off. He asks if she'll return home after that, but she reiterates that she plans to stay on the island forever. Lucas rouses a napping Jinguji as the Vabaruda approaches the island. Godzilla roars defiantly as Zagreth vows to take them all down with her.
- "Panna Torte Incoming!"
The Vabaruda destroys the anti-aircraft laser just as it fires, severely damaging the mothership. Torema flies the Panna Torte inside the opening created by the blast. Zagreth traps the ship inside a small chamber, but Torema uses its short-range teleporter to jump inside the cockpit and hold the Xilien at gunpoint. After claiming she has no reason to live, Zagreth teleports away and activates the Vabaruda's self-destruct.
- "Thank You, Godzilla Island"
The crew of the Vabaruda eject on scores of escape pods, including Zagreth. Torema, familiar with the ship's controls, steers it back into space as the monsters and Jinguji watch. She accidentally calls Jinguji while fighting the controls. He orders her to evacuate, but she refuses to risk the lives of the monsters and says her goodbyes. The Vabaruda explodes.
- "Goodbye, Torema"
Jinguji and Lucas mourn Torema - until Lucas spots the Panna Torte flying towards them. Torema contacts them, telling them she can't die before they pay her; when Jinguji scolds her, she says he sounds like her father. Returning to the base, she announces that she's leaving after all, as Zagreth remains unvanquished, but resolves to return when she beats her. She embraces Jinguji before flying off into space. All of the island's monsters and mecha assemble near the base to watch her go.
