"Easy Godzi Recipes" (かんたん!ゴジレシピ,   Kantan! Goji Reshipi, lit. "Easy! Godzi Recipes") is the 37th episode of Chibi Godzilla Raids Again and the 24th of its second season. Written by Taketo Shinkai and Yuki Hirokawa, it aired on Japanese television on September 11, 2024. An English-subtitled version followed on the GODZILLA OFFICIAL by TOHO YouTube channel that September 18.

Plot

While at Chibi Mechagodzilla's house, Chibi Godzilla slumps over and says he's starving. Chibi Mechagodzilla suggests going out to get food, but Chibi Godzilla doesn't feel like it and asks if he could make something at Chibi Mechagodzilla's house instead. Chibi Mechagodzilla asks Chibi Godzilla if he can cook, but Chibi Godzilla announces that it is time for "3-Minute Monster Cooking". Chibi Godzilla gathers ingredients but promptly burns them to ashes with his fire breath, ignoring Chibi Mechagodzilla's questions and presenting the charred remains on a plate. Chibi Mechagodzilla asked where the other 2 minutes and 57 seconds went, but Chibi Godzilla continues ignoring him and starts wondering what to name his dish, eventually settling on "charcoal." Chibi Mechagodzilla exclaims that it fits since it's inedible. Chibi Godzilla starts wondering why his cooking skills haven't improved since he's began watching cooking shows, and when Chibi Mechagodzilla inquires, Chibi Godzilla reveals he's actually in a cooking show, showing Chibi Mechagodzilla a video of him and Chibi Rodan's show. Chibi Rodan introduces the show and himself as chef, and Chibi Godzilla says he's his assistant. However, as Chibi Rodan attempts to announce the show as "Rodan Recipes," Chibi Godzilla repeatedly cuts him off with "Godzi Recipes" until he concedes.

Chibi Rodan introduces his ingredients as "this," "that," and unspecified "animal meat," prompting Chibi Mechagodzilla to question his qualifications. Chibi Godzilla cryptically stares at the camera and notes that monsters are animals too, frightening Chibi Mechagodzilla, before the camera cuts to sesame oil, which Chibi Rodan claims is good on anything. Chibi Rodan then reveals a fun fact: empty sesame oil containers are edible due to the tiny amount of residue left inside, which Chibi Godzilla agrees with due to him being able to digest glass. Chibi Rodan then starts mashing the food and mixing, though all his work is hidden behind a copious amount of sesame oil bottles, leaving a very important unspecified step ambiguous to all but Chibi Godzilla. Chibi Godzilla then lightly cooks the food with his fire breath while Chibi Rodan advises that if there isn't a monster nearby, the viewer should eat their food raw, angering Chibi Mechagodzilla, who recommends using a stove instead. Chibi Rodan then skips over some steps and presents fully-finished gyoza. Chibi Mechagodzilla begins getting hungry, and Chibi Godzilla offers to make something from Godzi Recipes. Flattered, Chibi Mechagodzilla accepts, but is outraged when it's just an empty sesame oil container.
