Plot
While hanging out in a field with Chibi Mothra and Chibi Mechagodzilla, Chibi Godzilla starts thinking about the latter's "Grand Delusion Syndrome", which Chibi Mechagodzilla insists is just memory loss. Chibi Mothra mentions that Chibi Mechagodzilla's head hurts whenever he tries to remember his past, which he confirms, saying that he still can't remember anything. As Chibi Mothra wishes there was another robot monster around that they could ask, a new monster, Chibi Gigan, suddenly appears, exclaiming that he finally found Chibi Mechagodzilla. Chibi Gigan asks Chibi Mechagodzilla if he remembers him, while Chibi Godzilla excitedly asks if Chibi Gigan is Chibi Mechagodzilla's friend. Chibi Gigan rudely dismisses Chibi Godzilla and calls him an inferior monster, though Chibi Mechagodzilla comes to his friend's defense. Chibi Gigan informs Chibi Mechagodzilla that their purpose as robot monsters is to destroy Monster Island, shocking the other three. Chibi Gigan elaborates, saying they must eliminate all the monsters on the island and replace them with robots. Chibi Gigan theorizes that Chibi Mechagodzilla must have malfunctioned and lost his memory. Chibi Godzilla says Chibi Gigan must have Grand Delusion Syndrome as well, which Chibi Mechagodzilla agrees with.
Chibi Gigan asks Chibi Mechagodzilla to join him on his mission to destroy Monster Island, but Chibi Mechagodzilla refuses, telling Chibi Gigan that Monster Island belongs to the monsters that live there. Chibi Gigan laughs at him, mocking Chibi Mechagodzilla saying it would be unforgivable before admitting he has a valid point. Chibi Mechagodzilla gets confused, but nevertheless argues that he lives on Monster Island too and that Chibi Gigan has no right to tell him what to do; Chibi Gigan laughs again and reiterates what Chibi Mechagodzilla said before once more confessing that he is absolutely correct, leaving him speechless. Chibi Gigan offers a compromise and invites Chibi Mechagodzilla to join in on the destruction for a little bit. After Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Mothra point out that this deal makes no sense, Chibi Gigan runs out of ideas and says he is going home, though he says he hasn't given up and will conquer Monster Island and recruit Chibi Mechagodzilla. Once he's gone, Chibi Mechagodzilla remains upset, wondering if it's safe to be around the other chibi monsters and asking why they came to his defense when he's dangerous, explaining that he feels like he has deceived them. Chibi Godzilla and Chibi Mothra both fail to come up with a reason for sticking with Chibi Mechagodzilla, who starts crying as he pleads for them to try harder.
